Limit light sources 1 hour before bed, especially blue light sources

If you want to go the extra mile, chamomile tea before bed is amazing for relaxing. Cherries are great for melatonin production. Camu camu as a complex vitamin C source. And lastly, as others have also said, a cold bedroom temperature to make those sheets extra appealing/comfy.
