Cardio
- REHIT: REHIT, or Reduced Exertion High Intensity Interval Training, is a cardio training method that's a type of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). REHIT workouts typically consist of two or three 10–20 second sprints, separated by up to 3 minutes of recovery, in a 10-minute session. The goal is to complete the minimum number of sprints, done at maximum intensity but for the shortest required duration.
