Tips for home office

- Use a square stool; no arm rest or backrest
- Use barefoot or minimal shoes
- Move 2 min every 30 min
- Do 10-15 min of maintenance every day
- Walk straight; don't side slouch
- Straight back but not over extended
- Careful with the neck; raise your phone and your books when reading
- If you need to use an office chair, sit at the edge and be mindful of slouching
